On Saturday night Barnes had said, “It looked like a bomb went off.” As he was out surveying the damage and talking to residents, he said it was even worse than he initially thought. Sunday, Barnes talked to residents just northeast of U.S. Madison County Sheriff Jason Barnes did not sleep overnight.
